Always love my visits to Saks. So relaxing, staff are always so friendly & attentive. Hannah was amazing, really listened to what I wanted & was cautious about getting the length right for me (so important if you're nervous to get bangs/a shorter style I was!!). So happy with the results. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair anymore, the peace of mind of getting such good service is well worth the pennies. Thank you! Xx

This is my second visit to this salon! It's been another fantastic experience at Saks from front desk, hair wash (and massage), through to the hair cut and aftercare. All the staff members were friendly and attentive - making my entire experience amazing! I absolutely love my hair cut - thank you Hannah! x

Harriet was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and considering I dont get my hair done very often between work n kids. This was a special treat for myself. From the moment I stepped into the salon is was warmly greeted and offered a drink. The massage chairs whilst I was having my hair washed was heaven and a head massage could of quite happily fallen asleep. I had no idea what I wanted but Harriet guided me and helped me find the right look and ive gone away feeling relaxed and pampered. Would 100% recommend
